Starttoweb.com is a division of WiserWays LLC and as such is bound by the same privacy policy as all communications from WiserWays LLC. With the addition of records maintained of students who have registered for courses offered on the starttoweb.com web site. In the remainder of this privacy policy the terms starttoweb.com or Start to Web, a division of WiserWays LLC, or WiserWays LLC maybe used interchangeably and refer to Start to Web, a division of WiserWays LLC as used in this web site.
We at WiserWays LLC, use our best efforts to respect the privacy of our on-line visitors, students and subscribers. We understand your need to appropriately control your personal information and know when and how such information may be used by us. WiserWays only gathers personal data, such as name, address, e-mail address, etc. when voluntarily submitted by a visitor.
If a visitor is just browsing we do not gather any personally identifiable information about the visitor whatsoever. There are two ways in which a visitor may explicitly provide and consent to WiserWays LLC's collection of personal information.

Forums - In the event that you are enrolled as a student in one of the classes offered by Start to Web, a division of WiserWays LLC, participation in the forum for the classroom is part of your learning experience. The class forums are only open to the students enrolled in that class and our best efforts are used to restrict access to those forums to only those people enrolled in or assisting in the instruction of the class.
Your private information will not be sold, rented, leased, or disclosed in any manner to any person without your prior consent, unless otherwise required by law, or except as may be necessary for the performance of WiserWays LLC, for auditing requirements or as part of regulatory compliance. Also, WiserWays LLC will release otherwise confidential information to law enforcement authorities upon receipt of a relevant search warrant or subpoena, and will respond similarly to a relevant discovery order in a civil litigation setting. WiserWays LLC also agrees to protect your personal information in a manner designed to ensure its integrity and to make available to you, following an appropriate request, any information collected.
